Ten Hag confirms triple blow for United

Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag has confirmed that he will be without three key players against Everton on Sunday.

The Red Devils recently returned to winning ways by beating Omonia Nicosia in the Europa League. They won by a 3-2 scoreline.

Following the game, Ten Hag revealed that none of Harry Maguire, Donny van de Beek and Aaron Wan-Bissaka will be fit to face the Toffees.

However, Raphael Varane could be in line to make his comeback. The Frenchman suffered an ankle injury in the Manchester derby.

He was unfit for the midweek European game, but Ten Hag is hopeful that the World Cup winner will be available to face Frank Lampard's side.

United suffered a heavy 6-3 Premier League loss to Manchester City last Sunday. It was a massive reality check for the Red Devil players.

Ten Hag will want a strong response at the weekend, but it won't be easy as the Toffees currently possess the league's best defensive record.
