Arsenal make Pedro Neto transfer decision

Arsenal won't be pursuing the services of Pedro Neto during the January transfer window, according to The Express.

The Gunners were eager to land the Portugal international this summer but they were put off by Wolves' £50m price tag.

However, those plans have been put to bed after the Midlands outfit confirmed that Neto has suffered a fresh long-term injury.

The Portuguese recently underwent a surgery for a serious ankle problem and he may not return to action until the New Year.

Considering his worrying his injury record of late, the Gunners have decided against reviving their interest in the next window.
