Man Utd to sign Cody Gakpo in January?
Manchester United have been tipped to sign PSV Eindhoven star Cody Gakpo during the winter transfer window.
The Red Devils were interested in landing the Dutchman last summer, but they could not afford him after the massive spend on Antony.
United paid a hefty €100 million to pursue the Brazil international from Ajax and this meant that they spent their remaining budget.
Gakpo has since been linked with United regularly and Pedro Almeida claims that the 23-year-old will sign for the Red Devils in January.
The Netherlands star was valued by PSV at €50 million last summer, and the price tag is bound to rise after his superb displays this season.
He has bagged a stunning 13 goals and 17 assists from just 24 games. It won't come as a surprise if PSV look for around €80 million.
United may not be alone in the player's pursuit. Arsenal and Liverpool have also been long-term admirers of the versatile Dutch forward.
