Chelsea and Man Utd handed boost in signing Portuguese star
Chelsea and Manchester United have been handed a boost in signing Atletico Madrid forward Joao Felix in January.
The Portuguese has experienced a difficult campaign with the Madrid giants and he is now seriously considering his future.
The forward has already fallen out with manager Diego Simeone and it is now claimed that he could push for a winter exit.
United are obviously long-term admirers of him, but they are set to face competition from Chelsea, PSG and Bayern.
Felix is currently with the Portuguese national side at the World Cup. He found the back of the net in the 3-2 win over Ghana.
The attacker will be aiming to impress over the course of the tournament such that he can attract transfer bids in January.
Felix could be available for around £70m, but reports claim that clubs may attempt to sign him on an initial loan agreement.
Premier League club Liverpool have also been admirers of him in the past.
