Manchester United are ready to sell Marcus Rashford next summer if he has no plans of penning a new contract, The Sun report.

The England star has been superb for the Red Devils this campaign, registering eight goals and three assists from 19 appearances.

He has also impressed at the World Cup with three goals. Despite this, there is still an uncertainty over his future at the club level.

Rashford's current deal expires at the end of the ongoing campaign, but United have the option to keep him for the 2023/24 season.

Beyond that, they must negotiate a new contract and so far, they have failed to do so. Rashford has rejected a £300,000-a-week proposal.

United are still optimistic of extending his stay but in the worst case scenario, they could offload him at the end of the season.

Real Madrid are presently keeping tabs on the developments and it is claimed that Rashford could be sold for £80 million next summer.
