Manchester United duo set to miss Arsenal game

Dalot and Martial out of Arsenal clash

Manchester United duo Anthony Martial and Diogo Dalot won't play any part in Sunday's Premier League game against Arsenal.

Martial has been on the sidelines for the past week with a leg injury, and he has failed to recover in time for the Gunners meeting.

Meanwhile, Dalot has been nursing a thigh problem for the last two games. Both players have not travelled to London today.

Despite their absence, United still have a capable squad to beat Arsenal.

In the place of Martial, Wout Weghorst could lead the line. Marcus Rashford could also be considered to start as the main striker.

Dalot's unavailability will allow Aaron Wan-Bissaka to continue in the right-back where he has excelled over recent matches.

The 25-year-old has revived his lost form and confidence and the club have now decided against pursuing another right-back.

They are ready to keep Wan-Bissaka until the summer before considering whether they need to replace him with a new signing.
