Amadou Onana makes Chelsea transfer decision
Everton midfielder Amadou Onana has no plans of joining Chelsea during the ongoing transfer window, as per Sacha Tavolieri.
The Blues are determined to land a new defensive midfielder before the transfer deadline. Onana has been identified as a top target.
The west London giants have now made an enquiry for him but it appears Onana has no desire to switch clubs this month.
The Belgium international only joined the Toffees in the summer and he is determined to fight for their survival in the top-flight.
Hence, he is ready to stay for the rest of the campaign before assessing his options. Arsenal have also been credited with an interest in him.
Everton are lying 19th in the Premier League, two points behind safety. They are due to face Arsenal and Liverpool in the next two games.
Things are not looking good at the moment and the next manager has a huge job ahead to preserve their top-flight status for next season.
