Chelsea still interested in signing Rafael Leao?
Chelsea are still looking at the prospect of signing AC Milan forward Rafael Leao, according to Il Mattino.
The west London giants were heavily linked with the Portuguese last summer, and they could not succeed in signing him.
Their proposal of around £65 million was rejected by the Rossoneri, but it is now claimed that they could return for him.
Leao has been in contract negotiations with Milan for the past year but the Italian outfit have yet to meet his wage demands.
As a result, there is a stand-off between the two and Chelsea are hoping to take advantage by signing him during the summer.
If Leao does not extend his stay by June, the Blues may feel they have an excellent chance of luring him from the Rossoneri.
Leao will enter the final year of his Milan contract this summer. Aside from Chelsea, Arsenal and Manchester United are keeping tabs.
Milan could demand close to £80m to sanction his sale.
