Chelsea planning summer swoop for Rafael Leao?

Chelsea could make a fresh approach to sign AC Milan star Rafael Leao at the end of the campaign.

The west London giants were eager to sign the Portugal international last summer but they could not convince the Rossoneri.

This has not ended the speculation over Leao's future and Tuttosport claim that he could still leave the San Siro outfit.

Leao has not accepted Milan's contract offer on the table and it is claimed that he could be sold during the summer.

Chelsea are in regular contact with his entourage and they are deemed favourites to secure his services.

Leao has played as a left winger for the Rossoneri this campaign but he is also capable of leading the line.

Aside from the Blues, Manchester United have also been linked with the Portuguese in the past few weeks.

Milan refused to sell him for €80m last summer and they are likely to hold out for around €100m this time around.
