Arsenal and Man Utd to battle for England star?

Arsenal and Manchester United could go head-to-head to sign West Ham United midfielder Declan Rice at the end of the season.
The England international has made the decision to leave the Hammers after turning down a new long-term contract.
He could be sold for around £80 million this summer and The Times claim that Arsenal and United are his main suitors.
Chelsea have also been following Rice for some time, but they seem unlikely to land his services in the next transfer window.
The Blues look on course to miss out on European football and this is expected to hamper their chances of signing him.
Both Arsenal and United are eyeing a marquee midfielder this summer and Rice could be the perfect fit for either of them.
Rice has generally played in the defensive midfield role but he also has the ability to operate from a more central position.
His strong distribution, chance creation and shots on goal makes him an ideal fit for the number eight position as well.
