Arsenal and Chelsea still want to sign Brighton star?

Arsenal and Chelsea are likely to make a renewed approach to sign Brighton & Hove Albion midfielder Moises Caicedo this summer.
The Ecuadorian was on the radar of the London giants last month, but the Seagulls made it clear that he was not for sale at any price.
Caicedo has since put pen-to-paper on a new contract with an improved salary but Fabrizio Romano claims that he could still leave.
Despite the fresh extension, Arsenal and Chelsea have not been put off in their pursuit and will try again at the end of the campaign.
Brighton don't have plans to lose Caicedo at the moment, but a fee in the region of £80m could tempt them to sell in the summer.
Apart from the London giants, Manchester United and Liverpool are also keeping close tabs on the young defensive midfielder.
Caicedo submitted a transfer request towards the end of January and he could do something similar in the next transfer window.
