Graham Potter opens door for permanent Joao Felix move
Chelsea manager Graham Potter has opened the door for Joao Felix to join the club on a permanent deal this summer.
The Portuguese signed for the Blues on loan from Atletico Madrid in January and he has made five appearances so far.
Felix has just one goal during this period, but he has got into excellent scoring positions on a number of occasions.
Potter has now opened the door for a permanent deal for Felix by citing that the club are 'really happy' with the Portuguese.
He said: "We are really happy with him. His approach, his ideas are excellent. His quality makes things happen. The fact that João can play in a few different positions is good."
The Blues don't have the option to buy the attacker and they will have to open negotiations with Atletico this summer.
The Spanish outfit are unlikely to let him go for cheap and are expected to demand a fee in the region of €80-90 million.
