Arsenal to swoop for Bayern Munich midfielder?
Arsenal are reportedly keeping tabs on Bayern Munich midfielder Ryan Gravenberch ahead of a summer approach.
The Dutchman was on the radar of the Gunners last summer but he made the switch to Bayern from Ajax Amsterdam.
It is now reported by Florian Plettenberg that the club could revive their interest in the 20-year-old in the coming months.
Gravenberch has grown frustrated with his limited game time at Bayern. He has played just over 700 minutes this campaign.
The 20-year-old could be seen as a long-term successor to Granit Xhaka, who will turn 31 in the first half of next season.
He is strong with his distribution and has the ability to make goal contributions. He has also won plenty of duels.
Bayern signed him from Ajax for £19m up front. They landed him on the cheap as his contract was expiring in 12 months.
The German champions could easily demand around £40m for him this summer, considering his young age and potential.
