Chelsea and Liverpool enter talks to sign World Cup winner
Chelsea and Liverpool have entered talks to sign Brighton midfielder Alexis Mac Allister this summer.
The Argentine has developed into a superb central midfielder over the past year and he is now on huge demand.
His father has already confirmed that he will leave in the summer and it could be to another Premier League side.
As per Fabrizio Romano, Chelsea and Liverpool are in contact with Mac Allister's camp over a transfer.
Brighton have yet to set an asking price for the 24-year-old, but they are braced for his departure soon.
Mac Allister reportedly has a gentleman's agreement to leave the Seagulls at the end of the current season.
Apart from the Argentine, midfielder Moises Caicedo has also been touted to head for the exit door this summer.
The Ecuadorian was on the radar of Arsenal and Chelsea in January but Brighton refused to sell him.
He ended up signing a new bumper contract but he is still expected to leave the Seagulls before next season.
