Man Utd and Chelsea battling for Neymar?
Manchester United and Chelsea could go head-to-head to sign Paris Saint-Germain star Neymar this summer, according to Foot Mercato.
The Brazilian has been a fantastic performer for Les Parisiens and he has bagged 18 goals and 17 assists in the current campaign.
Despite his efforts, Les Parisiens are contemplating his departure in the summer as they look to balance their financial books.
Neymar is deemed dispensable for around £65m and it appears United and Chelsea want to lure him to the Premier League this summer.
Chelsea owner Todd Boehly spoke with Les Parisiens' hierarchy earlier this year and this could be linked with Neymar's services.
Meanwhile, United are also deemed to have contacted the French champions regarding the availability of the former Barcelona man.
Neymar has yet to give the green light to any transfer but could start considering his future if Les Parisiens try to push him out.
United could be front-runners to sign him ahead of Chelsea, considering they are almost guaranteed Champions League football.
