Arsenal enter race to sign talented Nigerian winger

Arsenal have joined West Ham United in the race to sign Villarreal winger Samuel Chukwueze this summer.
The Nigerian has been an important player for the Yellow Submarines but he is now expected to pursue a bigger challenge.
His current contract expires at the end of next season and he has no desire to pen an extension with the La Liga outfit.
Hence, he is expected to be sold in the summer and AS claim that the Gunners are ready to swoop for his services.
The 23-year-old has had an impressive season with Villarreal, scoring 13 goals and providing 11 assists in 42 games.
He has largely played from the right wing for the Spanish club and could be seen as a competitor to Bukayo Saka at Arsenal.
Arsenal have the opportunity to sign him for around €40m this summer which is much less than his €80m release clause.
Aside from West Ham, Newcastle United, Aston Villa and Everton are also interested in the highly-rated Nigerian winger.
