Arsenal to sign Wilfried Zaha on a free?

Arsenal are ready to push for a free transfer for Crystal Palace winger Wilfried Zaha this summer.

The Ivorian has been a long-term target for the Gunners and they could finally get their hands on his services.

His current deal with Palace expires at the end of the campaign and he has no plans of penning a renewal.

Palace are prepared to make him one of the highest earners in the division but Zaha prefers a new challenge.

As per Football Insider, Arsenal are now front-runners to sign the Ivorian ahead of the likes of Chelsea and Spurs.

The Gunners are back in the Champions League after six years and this is a huge advantage for them in the race.

Zaha is keen to play in the elite club competition and he is bound to be attracted by a move to the Emirates.

The attacker has already confessed that he is a supporter of the club and personal terms could be a formality.
