Arsenal clear favourites to sign 24yo Premier League star
Arsenal are clear favourites to sign West Ham United star Declan Rice with Bayern Munich no longer keen, BILD report.
The England international has been a key player for the Hammers, but he is expected to pursue a bigger challenge this summer.
The Gunners have been following him for some time and BILD claim that their route is clear with Bayern ending their interest.
Thomas Tuchel was keen to play Rice in the number six position at Bayern, but the 24-year-old has no desire to leave England.
Hence, the German champions have pulled out of the race for the Premier League star, leaving Arsenal in pole position to sign him.
Rice is eager to play Champions League football and this is a main reason why Chelsea are no longer in the pursuit of his services.
Chelsea have tried to re-sign their graduate in the past, but can no longer do so, having failed to qualify for European football next term.
