Manchester City will let long serving defender Kyle Walker leave the club, with the England international likely to move to the Bundesliga with Bayern Munich. Walker has been an important member of City's squad since his arrival in 2017, but the 33-year-old will now be allowed to leave the Etihad in search of a new challenge.

Bayern Munich have been in contact with City in recent months having signed Joao Cancelo on loan last January, but opted not to sign the Portuguese defender on a permanent basis.

Kyle Walker is a highly accomplished and talented footballer who has made a name for himself as one of the premier right-backs in world football. Known for his blistering pace, exceptional defensive skills, and attacking prowess, Walker has established himself as a key player for both his club and the national team.

Throughout his career, Walker has consistently demonstrated his versatility and adaptability. His ability to contribute effectively both in defense and attack has made him an invaluable asset for his teams. Whether it's making crucial interceptions, engaging in robust tackles, or providing precise crosses from the flanks, Walker's well-rounded skill set allows him to excel in various positions and roles on the pitch.

Having represented top clubs such as Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester City, Walker has won numerous domestic titles, including multiple Premier League titles. His performances have earned him accolades such as the PFA Young Player of the Year award, further solidifying his reputation as one of the best in his position.

It is understood that Pep Guardiola will let Kyle Walker leave the club on a free transfer.
