Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag has been handed a huge transfer boost by the Glazers, according to Mirror.

Ten Hag started the summer with a limited budget of £120 million, and it was suggested that he will need to sell players for more funds.

However, the Dutchman has now received a much-needed boost with the Glazers willing to add another £50m to the transfer kitty.

With the extra cash injection, Ten Hag now has the opportunity to pursue two of his key targets before the new campaign.

He has already spent £60m on Mason Mount. Andre Onana could arrive from Inter Milan soon for a fee of around £50m.

Meanwhile, the manager has his sights on landing Atalanta wonderkid Rasmus Hojlund to bolster the club's strike force.

The Serie A outfit want at least £60m for the 20-year-old. Ten Hag now has the funds to meet the demands of the Bergamo club.

Ten Hag will be hoping to integrate Onana and Hojlund into the squad as soon as possible such that they can train with the players.
