Fabrizio Romano updates on Mohammed Kudus' situation
Fabrizio Romano has revealed that Arsenal and Chelsea are yet to make any transfer bid for Mohammed Kudus this summer.
The Ghana international had a fantastic season with Ajax, scoring 19 goals and providing eight assists in all competitions.
The 22-year-old is now prepared for a bigger challenge and both Arsenal and Chelsea have made contact with the Dutch giants.
However, neither have made a formal offer for the player. Chelsea are currently looking at different right-wing options.
Apart from Kudus, they are also monitoring Crystal Palace star Michael Olise, who picked up a hamstring injury recently.
Meanwhile, the Gunners are not in a position to spend after making a huge outlay of £200 million on three players already.
They have signed Kai Havertz, Declan Rice and Jurrien Timber, and the onus is now on recouping funds from player exits.
Once the selling process is done, the north London giants could make a genuine move to land the Ghanaian playmaker.
