West Ham chase Shorey

Reading defender Nicky Shorey has been linked with a move to West Ham. The player is reportedly looking to leave the club after the club were relegated, and Shorey is their club's prized asset.

Freddie Ljungberg, Luis Boa Morte, Lucas Neill and Bobby Zamora are set to leave the Hammers and Shorey is being brought in as part of a new look Hammers side for next season.

Shorey is likely to be sold for around £5 million, and Tottenham are also among some of the potential suitors for the full backs signature.
