Man Utd ready to swoop for Inter Milan star?
Manchester United are reportedly keeping tabs on the situation of Inter Milan defender Denzel Dumfries.
The Dutchman was heavily linked with the Red Devils earlier this year and there were suggestions that he could replace Aaron Wan-Bissaka.
However, Wan-Bissaka had an excellent second half to the previous campaign and this convinced manager Erik ten Hag to continue with him.
Wan-Bissaka and Diogo Dalot are currently the right-back choices, but Calciomercato claim that United could yet move for Dumfries.
Ten Hag was interested in signing the attacking full-back during his time at Ajax. Dumfries used to play for Eredivisie rivals PSV Eindhoven.
Dumfries has had a bright start to the campaign and he has already accumulated two goals and four assists from 12 appearances.
He recently spoke about the possibility of signing a new contract but United could make a surprise approach to sign him by next summer.
Dumfries would be an ideal fit for Ten Hag's playing style with his strong athleticism, physical presence and chance creation skills.
