Fabrizio Romano breaks silence on Antony exit rumours
Manchester United winger Antony won't be leaving the club on loan during the January transfer window, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The Brazilian has had a poor campaign with the Red Devils and he has yet to find the back of the net in any competition.
As a result, the pressure is on him to perform. A recent report claimed that he could join Flamengo on loan in the New Year.
This has now been dismissed by Romano, who has insisted that United have no plans of loaning out their winger this winter.
They continue to keep their faith on the former Ajax man. A decision over his future may only be made at the end of the season.
Antony was poor against Fulham on the road. Facundo Pellistri replaced him off the bench and provided the winning assist.
The Uruguayan should fancy his chances of starting when United face Copenhagen in the Champions League on Wednesday night.
