Arsenal & Liverpool pushing to sign German attacker?

Arsenal and Liverpool could go head-to-head to sign Borussia Dortmund attacker Julian Brandt in the next transfer window.

The German has been one of the most consistent performers for the Bundesliga outfit, but he is open to pursuing a fresh challenge.

He has been linked with the Premier League for some time and reports claim that he could move to the division as early as January.

Dortmund are open to listening to offers and it is claimed that he could leave for a package of around €20 million in the New Year.

Arsenal looked at signing Brandt before Martin Odegaard's arrival but they could not convince Dortmund into a deal back then.

Meanwhile, Liverpool's interest in the playmaker dates back to the summer of 2017. Jurgen Klopp wanted to sign Brandt before Salah's arrival.

It remains to be seen where Brandt will join if the opportunity arises. He may want assured minutes in the prime phase of his career.
