Man Utd to make shock move for Thomas Muller?

Manchester United could make a shock move to sign Bayern Munich star Thomas Muller when his contract expires next summer.

The German has been a revelation for the Bundesliga champions and he has seven goal contributions this term from just 500 minutes.

His current deal expires at the end of the campaign and Bild claim that United are ready to pounce if he becomes available on a free.

Muller has yet to open talks with Bayern over a new contract but the German giants are planning to discuss with him in the near future.

If he opts for a new challenge in his career, United could be a possible destination for the 34-year-old, who has a tremendous scoring record.

United have lacked the cutting edge in the final third and Muller could be a good stopgap signing with his creativity in the opposition box.

Muller has also been linked with multiple Saudi Arabian clubs. There could be offers in January itself it he wishes to move on by then.
