Moise Kean to leave Juve for Atletico

23-year-old forward Moise Kean will leave Juventus for Atletico Madrid after the two clubs agreed a loan transfer fee. The former Everton striker will be given an opportunity in La Liga, with Atleti seeking attacking reinforcements before the close of the transfer window.

Kean returned to Juventus in 2021, having originally played for Juve before moving to Everton in 2019. Two loan spells in a row between 2021 and 2023 led to an agreement for a permanent transfer. However, after 16 games in Serie A with just one goalscoring return, the 6 foot striker will be allowed to leave.

It is understood that Atletico Madrid will pay around 600,000 euros to secure the forward's signature for the remainder of the season, and then be able to sign the Italian striker on a permanent deal for a fee of 20 million euros in June.

Kean has struggled for first-team football since making the move to Juventus, and coach Massimiliano Allegri sees no future for the attacker this season, subsequently allowing him to depart for a fresh challenge.

This likely brings an end to a disappointing second spell at the Old Lady for Kean.
