Mikel Arteta speaks on Arsenal's title hopes after Liverpool win

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has said that the club have momentum after their impressive 3-1 Premier League win over Liverpool at the Emirates Stadium.
The Gunners dominated the proceedings against the Reds at home and they deservedly raced into a 1-0 lead after Bukayo Saka's goal.
A poor judgement between William Saliba and David Raya gifted the equaliser to the Reds right before the half-time whistle.
However, they managed to step up after the break. Gabriel Martinelli capitalised on a Liverpool mishap to score into an empty net.
Leandro Trossard completed the scoring in stoppage time with a wonderful solo run before scoring through the legs of goalkeeper Alisson.
Speaking after the game, Arteta was positive about the club's title hopes.
He said: "It gives us momentum and the way we have done it we are back on it - really excited."
With the win, the Gunners have moved within two points of leaders Liverpool. They will face West Ham United next on the road.
