Liverpool suffer midfield injury blow ahead of Arsenal game
Liverpool have suffered a fresh midfield injury blow ahead of the Premier League meeting against Arsenal today.
The Merseyside giants are currently top of the table with 51 points, five ahead of the Gunners whom they face soon.
Ahead of the game, the Reds have suffered an untimely setback with Dominik Szoboszlai not travelling with the team.
The Hungarian sustained a blow in training earlier yesterday and he won't be in the starting XI or the matchday squad.
Aside from him, the club are also missing the services of Mohamed Salah, who is recovering from a hamstring issue.
Darwin Nunez was also deemed doubtful with a swollen foot, but it appears he has travelled to north London today.
Nunez has been one of the in-form players for the Reds in recent weeks and he will be determined to face the Gunners.
Diogo Jota should also relish the opportunity to play against Arsenal. He has eight goals in 14 meetings against them.
