Chelsea keeping tabs on Bayern star Harry Kane

Chelsea are keeping tabs on Bayern Munich striker Harry Kane, who is not completely satisfied with his current situation.

The England international made a surprise move to Bayern from Tottenham Hotspur last term in the quest of winning trophies.

Kane has been among the goals as usual, but it looks like Bayern could go trophyless due to Bayer Leverkusen's dominance.

Leverkusen have been phenomenal in the German top-flight with 58 points and they are already eight ahead of Bayern at the top.

Meanwhile, Bayern are also trailing Lazio by a 1-0 scoreline after the first leg of the Champions League round of 16 on the road.

If they fail to overturn the deficit, Bayern could realistically end the season without silverware which is bound to frustrate Kane.

According to Football Insider, Kane is far from satisfied with the situation and he could be open to returning to the Premier League.

Chelsea are prepared to welcome him with open arms. A reunion with former Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino could be on the cards.

The Blues are yet to formalise their interest, but it is claimed that they would be willing to match the £82m fee paid by Bayern to sign him.
