Man Utd quoted price to sign Fulham striker

Manchester United will reportedly need to pay around £50 million to sign Fulham striker Rodrigo Muniz this summer.

The Red Devils currently have Rasmus Hojlund as their undisputed number nine with Anthony Martial being the back-up.

Martial has not played in recent months due to a knee injury, but he is anticipated to return before the season ends.

Regardless of this, he could be offloaded during the summer, considering there are no plans to extend his deal beyond June.

Givemesport now report that United may contemplate a move for Muniz, who has been in the form of his life in recent months.

He has registered eight goals in the English top-flight this year and his form has caught the eye of plenty of European teams.

Muniz considers United as his dream destination, but a transfer will cost a premium fee when the transfer window reopens.

It is claimed that Fulham will demand close to £50m to part ways with him.
