Chelsea eyeing new manager to replace Pochettino
Chelsea are reportedly eyeing Ipswich Town manager Kieran McKenna as a potential replacement for Mauricio Pochettino.
The Blues had a disappointing Premier League campaign as they finished sixth in the table with 63 points on the board.
The club were out of contention for European football for most of the season, but eventually finished sixth with a five-game winning streak.
Despite the strong finish, Pochettino's future at the club is hanging in the balance and he could be offloaded by the hierarchy.
Talks are ongoing within the board and Pochettino should find out the final verdict from them before the end of the month.
Pochettino has the backing from most of the current squad and most fans will also be hoping that he continues at the helm.
The Blues are likely to make plenty of signings this summer and a new centre-forward could be one of the top priorities.
Christopher Nkunku should be fully fit next season, but the club are still eyeing another marquee striker to compete with Nicolas Jackson.
