Seb Frey wanted by Bayern
Sebastien Frey has been linked with a shock move to Bayern Munich, as the Bavarian giants are lining up a long-term successor to Oliver Kahn at the end of the season. The French goalkeeper has been linked with the German side for some time, but it seems a move could now be on the cards.
Bayern Munich will be aware that they face stiff opposition to land the talented shot stopper, as Arsenal, Man Utd and Barcelona all have an interest in the Fiorentina goalkeeper.
Fiorentina are said to be ready to listen to offers in excess of £16 million for Frey, but are keen to firstly keep hold of the Frenchman who has become a crucial member of the squad's successful campaign which saw the Viola secure Champions League football for 2009.
