Man Utd duo set to leave on free transfers?
Manchester United duo Jonny Evans and Tom Heaton could leave on free transfers tomorrow.
Evans was a surprise signing for the Red Devils last summer. He initially trained with them before securing a contract.
The Northern Irishman performed above expectations in his 30 appearances. He had a number of stand-out performances.
Heaton, on the other hand, has barely featured for the club in goal. He has made just three appearances in three seasons.
Earlier this month, United revealed that talks were ongoing with both Evans and Heaton with their contracts expiring on June 30.
There has been no official update from the club as things stand which suggests that the duo could be free-agents tomorrow.
However, this does not mean that they can't be re-signed. Evans and Heaton could still negotiate terms over a contract renewal.
Meanwhile, it appears Sofyan Amrabat is obviously leaving the Red Devils after his loan spell concludes tonight.
The club have opted against triggering his £17m buy clause.
