Chelsea keeping tabs on Portuguese goalkeeper
Chelsea are one of the clubs keeping tabs on Portuguese goalkeeper Diogo Costa, according to Jornal de Noticias.
The west London giants currently have Robert Sanchez and Djordje Petrovic as their goalkeeping options under Enzo Maresca.
Sanchez was the regular during the first half of last season, but he was replaced by Petrovic following an unfortunate injury.
Maresca will make a decision between the two this summer, but reports claim that they are also monitoring the progress of Costa.
Costa has been an undisputed starter for Porto for the past few years and he is currently with Portugal at the European Championship.
Porto have no desire to part ways with him at the moment. They are only willing to sanction his sale for his €75m release clause.
Chelsea are not looking to add a goalkeeper at the moment, but the Costa story could be one to watch out for in the long-term.
Aside from the Blues, Bayern Munich are also admirers of him.
