Chelsea make Marc Cucurella transfer decision

Chelsea have no plans of parting ways with Spanish left-back Marc Cucurella amid transfer interest from Al-Nassr.

Cucurella had a slow start to his career with the Blues, but he has since developed into a key player for the club.

He is one of the first names on the teamsheet at the moment and the Blues are unlikely to contemplate his possible exit.

Al-Nassr recently signed Joao Felix from the Blues, and they also enquired over the availability of Cucurella as well.

However, Chelsea made it clear that the Spaniard was not for sale.

The club are now expected to open talks over an improved contract for the former Brighton & Hove Albion left-back.

Chelsea are still expected to sign a new competitor in the left-back role. They are on the verge of landing Jorrel Hato.

Hato is poised to join the west London giants from Ajax for a reported package of around €40 million, as per David Ornstein.
