Man Utd and Arsenal on alert as defender rejects new deal

Manchester United and Arsenal are on high alert with defender Marc Guehi rejecting a new contract at Crystal Palace.
The England international has been a mainstay in the Palace XI over the past few years and he is currently shining at Euro 2024.
Guehi started in the first four games of the tournament for England, but missed the quarter-final against Slovakia due to suspension.
It is now reported that the former Chelsea man has turned down the option of extending his Palace contract which expires in June 2026.
This could urge Palace to part ways with the centre-back rather than losing him on a cut-price deal in the coming transfer windows.
Palace are said to be eyeing around £50m for the defender, who has been a top target for United and Arsenal in the last 12 months.
Arsenal may not sign him after agreeing terms for Bologna's Riccardo Calafiori, but United could still make a move for his services.
