Arsenal reject fresh €27m offer to sell 25yo star

Arsenal have turned down a fresh €27 million offer from Marseille for striker Eddie Nketiah, according to Fabrizio Romano.

The Gunners recently parted ways with Emile Smith Rowe. The talented playmaker made the switch to London rivals Fulham.

Nketiah could be the next player heading for the exit door. He has agreed terms with Marseille, but Arsenal won't sell him easily.

Marseille recently made a second bid worth €27m, but the proposal has been immediately snubbed by the north London giants.

Mikel Arteta continues to admire Nketiah and the hierarchy are likely to demand at least €35m to part ways with his services.

Les Phoceens are likely to make a renewed approach for Nketiah and they could be willing to meet the demands of the Gunners.

The Ligue 1 giants have signed plenty of high-profile players from the Premier League after appointed Roberto De Zerbi as manager.

The former Brighton & Hove Albion boss watched Nketiah in action plenty of times. He also tried to sign him for the Seagulls.
