Turkish giants end interest in Man Utd midfielder
Turkish champions Galatasaray have ended their interest in signing Manchester United midfielder Scott McTominay this summer, according to TeamTalk.
The Scotland international has been tipped to leave the Red Devils in recent weeks. The club are eyeing a deal for Paris Saint-Germain's Manuel Ugarte and plan to recoup funds with McTominay's exit.
Galatasaray recently made an opening bid of around £13m for McTominay which was turned down. They have now decided to walk away from negotiations due to the demands placed by United.
The Red Devils are reluctant to sell the 27-year-old for less than £30m. This is beyond the financial reach of Galatasaray despite their qualification to next season's Champions League group stage.
Fulham and West Ham are also admirers of the Red Devils graduate. The former are preparing a second bid for the Scot as they look to find a successor to Joao Palhinha who was sold to Bayern Munich.
The Cottagers recently signed Emile Smith Rowe from Arsenal for £34m.
