Arsenal duo withdraw from international duty

Arsenal duo Declan Rice and Bukayo Saka have withdrawn from the upcoming Nations League games with England.
The Gunners have had a mixed start to the Premier League campaign and they have picked up just 19 points from their opening 11 games.
The club are already nine points adrift of leaders Liverpool and they face a huge challenge to compete for the title going forward.
Rice recently faced Chelsea with a broken toe and he was subsequently substituted in the 70th minute of the London derby.
Bukayo Saka lasted for slightly longer, but he was eventually substituted as he apparently picked up a knock in the closing stages.
Both players have now withdrawn from England duty and they will get much-needed rest ahead of the hectic festive schedule.
Arsenal have had a tough schedule at the start of the campaign and they have the chance to make amends before the turn of the year.
Mikel Arteta will be hoping for a fully fit squad for the restart.
