Arsenal face Newcastle competition to sign West Ham star
Arsenal will face fierce competition from Newcastle United in the race to sign West Ham United winger Mohammed Kudus next summer.
The Ghana international has been a key player for the Hammers since his arrival in 2023 and he could push for a bigger challenge next term.
Arsenal have been following him from his time at Ajax, but they are not alone in the pursuit. Newcastle are also exploring a deal for his services.
The Hammers are aware of the growing interest in the 24-year-old and they are expected to demand a premium fee to sanction his departure.
West Ham value him in the region of £90m and it remains to be seen whether the Gunners will make such a huge outlay for his services.
Arsenal were prepared to pay £105m for Declan Rice last year, but with the increasing PSR concerns, they could be reluctant to spend big.
They could spend with more caution in future transfer windows.
