Man Utd star set to travel to Spain for Real Betis loan
Manchester United winger Antony is set to travel to Spain to undergo his medical with Real Betis, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The Brazilian ace has been a fringe player for the Red Devils this campaign and he has been permitted to leave on a temporary basis.
Terms were verbally agreed between United and Betis yesterday and Romano claims that the attacker has now travelled to Seville.
Antony will join Betis on loan for the rest of the campaign. Betis have accepted to pay part of his £150,000 per week wages.
There will be no buy clause as part of the deal, but United have received assurances that the winger will start regularly at Betis.
United will be hoping that Antony can make a big impact for the La Liga outfit such that they can secure a good fee with a summer sale.
Antony may not be the only player heading for the exit door. Marcus Rashford and Tyrell Malacia have been linked with loan departures.
