Chelsea and Man Utd want to sign Rayan Cherki?
Chelsea and Manchester United are keen on landing the signature of Lyon attacker Rayan Cherki this winter, according to TBR Football.
The Frenchman was heavily linked with a move to Fulham last summer, but he turned down the transfer to continue with Les Gones.
However, he could head for the exit door this winter, considering Les Gones need to recoup plenty of funds to avoid top-flight relegation.
Les Gones have been handed provisional relegation to Ligue 2 and they need to secure funds before the end of June to stay in Ligue 1.
Chelsea and United have been keeping tabs on the attacker and it is claimed that they could compete for his services before the deadline.
Lyon were happy to sell Cherki for around £13 million last summer, but they are expected to demand at least £20 million this time around.
Cherki has been one of Lyon's best performers this campaign. He has registered 13 goal contributions from 23 appearances thus far.
