Arsenal have agreed terms with Viktor Gyokeres
Arsenal have already agreed terms with Sporting CP striker Viktor Gyokeres, according to journalist Sacha Tavolieri.
The Gunners are expected to land a marquee striker this summer and they have been linked with both Benjamin Sesko and Gyokeres.
The club have yet to finalise terms with the former but Tavolieri claims that there is a verbal agreement with Gyokeres for a move.
Arsenal's main priority is Sesko, but the club are prepared to pursue a deal for Gyokeres if the Slovenian does not make the switch.
The London giants are expected to make several additions to the squad.
Aside from a striker, the club are keen on landing a versatile winger, central defender, back-up goalkeeper and defensive midfielder.
Real Sociedad midfielder Martin Zubimendi has already reached an agreement over personal terms and could be the first signing.
The Spaniard is scheduled to undergo his medical in the coming days with Arsenal having finalised payment terms with Sociedad.
