Premier League trio weigh up move for Enzo Millot
Premier League trio weigh up move for Enzo Millot

West Ham, Leeds United and Chelsea are tracking the progress of 23-year-old midfielder Enzo Millot as the Premier League trio weigh up transfer bids for the French under-21 youngster. Millot first made his top flight debut for former club Monaco in 2020-21, and has since gone on to represent VfB Stuttgart, his current club, appearing 89 times in the Bundesliga, scoring 11 goals. Several English clubs are considering a transfer deal and a confident that an agreemnt can be reached.
Millot had an impressive campaign last season, scoring 12 goals in 43 games in all competitions, 6 goals of which came in the Bundesliga in just 29 games.
VfB Stuttgart have no plan to sell Millot, who they see as an important member of their first-team squad for the forseeable future, and they would like to keep the midfielder ahead of interest from abroad.
Despite that, Chelsea are favourites to land Millot, whilst West Ham are said to be willing to spend the most money to secure the Frenchman's signature having sold Mohamed Kudus to Tottenham earlier in the summer for £55 million. Leeds United are also amongst the teams interested, but may not be able to match VfB's reported 33 million euro valuation.
