Nottingham Forest eye move for Man City defender

Manchester City defender Rico Lewis could be a surprise departure from the Etihad Stadium this summer, as Nottingham Forest have been in contact with Pep Guardiola's side with regard to a potential transfer deal. Forest are looking to bolster their defence, and in Rico Lewis could acquire one of the best young talents in England.
The 20-year-old is highly rated by Pep Guardiola, but in the last few months of last season did find himself on the bench rather than starting regularly, and now City could entertain transfer bids in excess of £30 million. The versatile youngster can player in defence or midfield, and Forest manager Nuno Espirito Santo wants to sign at least one more new player before the close of the transfer window. Lewis has appeared 59 times in the Premier League for City, scoring three goals, and so would add plenty of experience to Nottingham Forest's defence.
There are believed to be at least two other Premier League clubs interested in Lewis, supposedly West Ham and Wolves, and both could also join the race before the 1st of September.
