Enzo Maresca explains reason behind Reece James substitution

Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca has provided the reason behind Reece James' early substitution against Burnley in the Premier League.
The Blues returned from the international break with a 2-0 win over Burnley on the road. Pedro Neto and Enzo Fernandez were the goalscorers.
James started at right-back against the Clarets, but the England international was substituted at the half-time interval to the surprise of many fans.
Speaking after the game, Maresca revealed that the substitution was planned to manage his workload, he said in his post-match presser: "It was planned. That's the reason he played 45 minutes."
The Blues have jumped to second in the league standings after the victory at Turf Moor, but could drop down if Manchester City pick up points against Newcastle United.
Up next, Chelsea will be hosting Barcelona in the Champions League before entertain London rivals Arsenal in the Premier League.
James is likely to start both games and could play the full 90 minutes.
