Arsenal are poised for a major injury boost ahead of the Champions League clash against Bayern Munich at the Emirates Stadium tomorrow.
The Gunners are presently second in the league phase of the Champions League with 12 points. They are only behind Bayern on goals scored.
Mikel Arteta's side have the opportunity to climb to the top with a victory tomorrow. Ahead of the game, they have received a big injury boost.
Martin Odegaard returned to training earlier last week after a knee injury, and manager Mikel Arteta has revealed that he could return versus Bayern.
The club are scheduled to hold a meeting later today where a final decision will be made on Odegaard's involvement in the matchday squad.
Eberechi Eze was exceptional in the number 10 role against Tottenham Hotspur last weekend. He bagged a sensational hat-trick in the derby.
Odegaard plays from the same position. The Norwegian star is most likely to be introduced off the bench in tomorrow's European encounter.
