Samaras to Germany?

Greek striker Giorgios Samaras has been linked with a move to German club Werder Bremen after a move to Celtic seemed to collapse.

The Greek international was almost set to make a move to Celtic permanent - after spending a year on loan - but the move was scuppered at the last minute.

Now it seems that Werder Bremen are to test Man City's resolve with an offer of £2 million for the former Heerenveen man.
