Chelsea defender on his way to Leeds United?

Chelsea defender Axel Disasi has been offered a Premier League lifeline with Leeds United, according to Teamtalk.

The Frenchman signed for West Ham United on loan earlier this winter, but his future could be at another Premier League club.

The Hammers are currently in the drop zone in 18th with 36 points, and they could be relegated after the final two games.

If the Hammers fail to beat the drop, it is unlikely that Disasi will consider a permanent move to the east London side this summer.

It is now revealed that Leeds are weighing up an approach for the former Monaco man if the Hammers fail to sign him permanently.

The Yorkshire outfit are determined to strengthen their backline and believe Disasi would be a good addition to their first-team ranks.

Chelsea are unlikely to let him go on the cheap this summer and are set to demand at least £30m to part ways with his services.
